To Request a Loan:

Using the links provided below print, complete, and sign the forms specific to your account. You will also need to provide a voided check for loan repayment. Once completed, please fax (661) 723-6398, email, mail, or drop off  the forms.

Note: 

1) Maximum loan amount is the lessor of 50% of your account(s) or $50,000

2) Loan repayment period must be 5 years or less, unless it is used to purchase a primary residence 

3) Minimum loan amount is $1,000

4) Voided check is required to process the request

5) Requests are subject to administrator approval and can take approximately to 14 business days
